Delivery Times:
We aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Residents of the U.K. and Ireland can expect delivery within 7 working days of placing order. All other countries can expect delivery within 10-14 days (dependent on countries postal service).
Returns / Refund Policy
Rock Off, From Me To You Enterprises and Razamataz offer a Full Refund Policy on items purchased within 14 days of original order date – that is the date that your credit / debit card was charged, an exchange policy is offered thereafter.
All grievances must be brought to the attention of the vendors within the 14 day refund period. This must be done by either telephone or email – no postal communication will be accepted.
Refunds/Returns
You must register your refund or exchange request with a member of staff who will confirm to you that it may be authorised and actioned. A Returns Authorisation Number will then be issued. Returns will not be accepted without this number which should be written clearly beneath the return address. Once you have registered the refund request you must return the goods to the vendors in their original condition and packaging within the next working day. When received by the vendors, your request will be actioned. Refunds, where applicable, will be shown on your next available credit / bank statement.
Return carriage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Faulty Goods
We pride ourselves in offering to our customers the highest quality merchandise. If, for any reason, your goods arrive with a manufacturing fault or damage, the above procedure should be followed.
When the goods have been received by the vendors, the item(s) will be checked. If any faults or damage are found, postage and cost of the item(s) will be refunded to the original credit/debit card.
This does not affect your statutory rights of purchase.
